Welcome to the First Nations Pavilion and learn about the 5 tribes that are here in Manitoba. Learn the history, culture, traditions, foods, life styles of each tribe within Manitoba. There are 175,395 Aboriginal people in Manitoba alone. A special invitation is extended to Brandon and surrounding area residents to visit our First Nations Pavilion, mingle, and taste some traditional food. Our entertainment will be comprised of a Pow-wow and traditional games and so forth. There will be display boards on how each First Nations lived, what source of food (Buffalo, Elk, Deer, Birds, plants, berries, and fish) they depend on and the land itself. There will be crafts and arts for sale and on display; it will be very educational and current accomplishments as well as our future aspirations. If you always wanted to meet First Nations peoples and become more informed about our unique history, aspirations, culture and traditions, this Fist Nations would be more than please to assist you.
